SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Order Processing:

• We ship from San Diego, CA. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

• Express Orders:

• Express orders placed before 11 AM PST Monday–Friday will ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 11 AM PST will ship the following business day.

• Standard Ground Orders:

• Standard Ground orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY 

DOMESTIC (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii)
USPS or FedEx Ground depending on order weight. Transit time with no unexpected delays is, on average, 1-5 business days, depending on proximity – $12 flat rate or FREE on orders over $100

• FedEx 2 Day (2-3 business days) – $20 flat rate shipping
• FedEx Standard Overnight (1-2 business days) – $35 flat rate shipping

ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, and HAWAII
USPS Ground (1–10 business days) — $15 flat rate

CANADA
Orders are shipped via FedEx International with rates based on weight:

• FedEx International Economy
  Orders 0–2 lbs — $20 flat rate

• FedEx International Priority
  Orders 0–2 lbs — $35 flat rate
  Orders over 2lbs — $35–$40 flat rate

Delivery times vary by region and may be affected by customs clearance. Duties and taxes are calculated and applied at checkout, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 11AM PST FOR FEDEX 2-DAY AND OVERNIGHT TO BE SHIPPED OUT THE SAME DAY. ONCE FEDEX SCANS YOUR PACKAGE WE ARE NO LONGER LIABLE FOR THE PACKAGE. SIGNATURE AUTHORIZATION IS AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS $500 OR MORE. PLEASE EMAIL ORDERS@PQSWIM.COM TO REQUEST.
