Sizing

How do I find my size?

For the best fit, please refer to our dedicated size charts for Women’s Size and Kids' Size.

What if I’m between sizes?

If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What’s the difference between Teeny, Cheeky, and Full bottom coverage?

Our Teeny bottom is a lower rise style with minimal/cheeky coverage, while our Full bottom features an average rise and offers more coverage. Cheeky bottoms provide a flattering middle ground between the two.

Are pads removable?

Yes, our women's swimwear includes removable pads.
Kids' styles do not include padding.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.

Express Orders:
Orders placed before 11 AM PST (Monday-Friday) ship the same day.
Orders placed after 11 AM PST ship the next business day.

Standard Ground Orders:
Processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. This will provide the latest updates on your package's location and estimated delivery time. For any questions, contact us at orders@pqswim.com.

What shipping options do you offer?

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service at orders@pqswim.com. We’ll help you track your order and resolve any issues.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at orders@pqswim.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but note that once orders have begun processing or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please email us at orders@pqswim.com to arrange international orders and get specific shipping details based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they aren’t marked FINAL SALE or non-returnable (such as nipple covers).

For returns, a $5.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping label, with all other return shipping fees covered by us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective. For exchanges, we cover all shipping fees at no additional cost to you.

What are the conditions for returned & exchanged items?

Returned & exchanges items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and sanitary liners (for swimwear) intact. Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

How should I care for my swimwear?

1. Rinse & Refresh: Give your bikini a quick rinse in cold water after each swim to keep it fresh.

2. Love It Gently: Steer clear of rough surfaces to avoid any pulls or snags.

3. Hand Wash: Use cold water and a gentle soap to hand wash your bikini.

4. Dry with Care: Lay it flat to dry, keeping it out of direct sunlight for the best results.
