Sizing
What if I’m between sizes?
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a more comfortable and flattering fit.
What’s the difference between Teeny, Cheeky, and Full bottom coverage?
Our Full Bottom offers an average rise with classic, traditional coverage. The Teeny Bottom sits lower on the hips and provides minimal coverage, while the Cheeky Bottom offers the least coverage of the three, perfect for a bold and confident look.
Are pads removable?
Yes, most of our adult swimwear includes removable padding, though not all styles feature this option. For details about a specific piece, feel free to email us at orders@pqswim.com for assistance. Please note that our kids’ swimwear does not include removable padding.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
Express Orders:
Orders placed before 11 AM PST (Monday-Friday) ship the same day.
Orders placed after 11 AM PST ship the next business day.
Standard Ground Orders:
Processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.

How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. This will provide the latest updates on your package's location and estimated delivery time. For any questions, contact us at orders@pqswim.com.
What shipping options do you offer?

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service at orders@pqswim.com. We’ll help you track your order and resolve any issues.
Can I edit my order or shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at orders@pqswim.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but note that once orders have begun processing or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping! To arrange your order and receive specific shipping details for your location, please email us at orders@pqswim.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they aren’t marked FINAL SALE or non-returnable (such as nipple covers).
For returns, a $5.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping label, with all other return shipping fees covered by us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective. For exchanges, we cover all shipping fees at no additional cost to you.
What are the conditions for returned & exchanged items?
Returned & exchanges items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and sanitary liners (for swimwear) intact. Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 5 business days of being received at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

How should I care for my swimwear?
1. Rinse & Refresh: Give your bikini a quick rinse in cold water after each swim to keep it fresh.
2. Love It Gently: Steer clear of rough surfaces to avoid any pulls or snags.
3. Hand Wash: Use cold water and a gentle soap to hand wash your bikini.
4. Dry with Care: Lay it flat to dry, keeping it out of direct sunlight for the best results.
